-Level 3 coach Australian Baseball Federation Coaching accreditation
-Lectured to coaches participating in the Australian Baseball Federation Level 1 and Level 2 courses
-Member of the South Australian Coaches Association
-A member of the Coaching Coordinators committee to produce the initial South Australian playbook
-Coaching assessment – reporting to Shayne Bennett about our coaches performance as well as provide the coaches with input.
-Coordinator for all youth team programmes held at the Australian Institute of Sport. liaising with AIS personnel.
-Planned and distributed the first Australian Youth team playbook
-2006 South Australia “State Director of Coaching.”

-1985 appointed to the position of Assistant Coach to the Australian Under 19 National Youth AAA team that participated in the World Youth Championships in Albany New York
-1986 Head Coach of the National Youth AAA team, which participated in the World Youth Championships in Windsor Canada
-1987 Coaching staff of the Australian AAA team that competed in the World Youth Championships in Windsor Canada
-1988 Assistant coach of the Australian National AAA team that competed in Trois Riviere where Australia won its first medal – bronze
-Participated in the inaugural Australian Baseball Federation Development Squad. Continued participating in this programme for a number of years in various roles that ranged from Coaching to a Managerial role
-1990 Head Coach of the first Australian Baseball Federation Centre of Excellence team which toured the United States
-1991 Manager of the Australian children who were chosen to participated in the World Children’s Baseball fair. I was used as an on field coach by the International Baseball Association as Coaching Coordinator
-1992 assistant coach of the Australian AAA team that played in the World Youth Tournament in Monterrey Mexico. The team also competed in the “Rainbow Tournament” in Hawaii
-1993 assistant coach of the Australian AAA team that competed in the World Youth Tournament in Windsor Ontario
-1994 assistant coach of the Australian team that competed firstly in American Samoa and then competed in the Area Code games in California
-1995 assistant coach in the Australian team that toured Florida and then competed in the Area Code Games in California
-Received a citation from the government of the United states of America for being a sport’s ambassador

-A member of the Australian Baseball Federation Technical Committee for 12 years where I edited the baseball magazine. Helped write the level 1 and level 2 Coaching accreditation manuals
-Along with Chet Gray I compiled the Australian Baseball Federation’s drill and playbook.
-Co author of the current Academy manual where I developed a checklist of skills required for ever position of baseball along with hitting, base running, visualization and psychology
