Print the "Know Yourself Workbook". Fill in your answers with a pen and then talk about it with your parents. Brainstorm all the ideas that come to you. There is no right or wrong. The best way to move forward is to identify what you have to start with, “the foundation”. It is suggested that players together with parents do this exercise or a form
of it every 4 months to monitor forward progress. "The reward doesn't come at the end of your journey, but rather, with little milestones throughout your journey, when you look back on your little accomplishments they make one great BIG one."
