Northern League) Played 12 seasons topping out in AAA with all organizations except Reds. Was on Toronto’s 40-man roster in 1985.
1991-1992 - Recruiting Coordinator, Omni Sports Management. Assistant Baseball and Basketball Coach, Chattahoochie Valley Community College.
Recruited and scouted for late agent George Kalafatis.
Signed future major leaguers, Ricky Botallico, John Frascatore, and Tony Graffanino, all out of the South Atlantic League.

Special Recognition

Kash was brought up in baseball. His father Jim Beauchamp who played 10 seasons in the Major Leagues and was the bench coach for the Atlanta Braves for 9 seasons including the '95 World Championship team.

1982 - 1st round draft choice (1st overall) in 1982 January Draft. Pioneer League All-star
1984 - MVP of Carolina League All-star Game. Voted by Baseball America as best defensive
outfielder and outfielder with the best arm in Carolina League
1986 - Southern League All-star game
1990 - MVP of the Texas League Championship Series.
1993 - Northern League MVP. Batting Champion of the Northern League with .367 average. First Independent League player signed by a Major League organization.
1994 - Collected 1000th Professional Career Hit
1998 - Manager of the Northeast League Champion New Jersey Jackals
1999 - Manager of the Northern League East All-star Team. Hitting Coach and 3rd Base Coach for Team USA in Sydney, Australia for the Intercontinental Cup
2000 - Manager of the Northern League East All-star Team
2003 - Manager of the World team in the Northeast League All-star game
2004 - Coach for Northeast League All-Star team. Guided Bangor Lumberjacks to first ever playoff appearance going 54-34 during regular season
2007- Took over a last place Anderson Joes club and turned them around going 22-14 after joining the club in the second half
